Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Carlsbad, CA.

As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager , you will :

• Team Leadership :

Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff

Maintain accurate stock records and oversee cycle counts

Coordinate timely and accurate loading / unloading of shipments

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement

Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections

Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate rates and resolve issues

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

Benefits : Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
