The Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager, Digital Transformation with expertise in Salesforce and a proven track record of driving successful technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope in an Agile environment.

Work You'll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and adhere to best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project progress
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions meet business needs
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure quality assurance through thorough testing and validation
• Provide leadership and guidance on digital transformation strategies, driving innovation and process improvement across the organization
• Create detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000 . In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
