Network Technician

Role : Technical Ops Technician / Network Technician

Locations : Waco, Temple, Corsicana TX (onsite) & Canandaigua, NY (onsite) & Raleigh, NC (onsite)

Duration : Contract to hire - FTE

Pay : 32-40 / hr

Required Skills :

• PC experience - . pxe boot, administrator, A+ certified, MS Office, etc
• Network experience – CCNA, N+, comfortable with cisco command lines (not GUI),VLAN, etc
• Administrative experience – System Administrator, SCCM, ARS (Active Directory), etc
• Project management – Creating scopes of work, managing vendors, communication, etc
• Desk side manners (in person and remote) – Customer facing, people person, dedicated, prompt, polite, understands the audience,

Job Details :

You will be joining a Technical Operations group onsite managing their TX plant facilities being boots on the groud. This person will be responsible for level 2 Network troubleshooting, including issues like VPN access, blue screens, WiFi connectivity / network troubleshooting, E-mail / Outlook issues, etc. You will be responsible for covering the Plant locations in Waco, Temple, and Corsicana. You will be one of a few IT people onsite in a production plant / manufacturing facility – so should be OK working in a warehouse type environment and have to do some physical moves like computer set ups and troubleshooting within the warehouse.
