Shift(s) Description : Varied day shifts + On call

Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) - [REQUIRED]

Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty License (must have in-hand) -

Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) - [REQUIRED]

Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]

Clean Malpractice / License History - [REQUIRED]

Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? - [REQUIRED]

Is provider willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary? - [REQUIRED]

At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) - [REQUIRED]

DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - - [REQUIRED]

CSR / CDS (must be obtained prior to start) -
