Enterprise Infrastructure & Systems Administrator

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and services with a focus on Active Directory and identity management Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration Windows server operations and 3rd party application support. The role also includes responsibilities in maintaing security and audit compliance. Adherance to ITIL processes such as incident problem and request management via ServiceNow. and infrastructure support for key business applications. This position requires a strong technical background attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure secure efficient and reliable IT operations.

Duties include but are not limited to.

1. Active Directory (AD) & Identity Management

Account creation modification and deletion

Management of physical and virtual domain controllers

Azure AD integration and hybrid identity management

Group Policy (GPO) configuration and migration to Intune

Admin rights governance

DHCP DNS and network printer management

2. Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

SharePoint administration and permissions

O365 support including Exchange Online and Universal Print

3. Server & Infrastructure Operations

Windows Server provisioning patching and upgrades

Server decommissioning and change ticket management

4. Application Support

PeopleSoft : Server refreshes migrations and correspondence processing

Documentum (ECM) : System maintenance patching SSL certs xCP deployments and flex-clone processing

Kofax : Server monitoring and patching

Investments Applications : Infrastructure support for pension fund systems such as Aladdin and 24x7 Scheduler for batch jobs

84 Months of experience in Windows Server Administration (2016-2025)

84 Months of experience in Active Directory Administration

48 Months of experience in Microsoft Suite Administration.

48 Months of ServiceNow Operational experience : Use of Incident Problem Change Catalog Requests and Project tasks

48 Months of experience in vulnerability management and patch compliance

48 Months of SharePoint Administration

48 Months of experience in PeopleSoft or Documentum Administration

48 Months experience in PowerShell API and Xml scripting.
