Part Time Front Desk Associate

Vaco Phoenix is working with a great company in North Scottsdale who is looking to add a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to their team. This person will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors and will provide administrative support. This position will be 25-30 hours / week, is a contract to hire and starting immediately!

Duties and Responsibility :

• Welcome and provide assistance to visitors, vendors, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.

Keep the reception area and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and interoffice communications efficiently. Manage daily water and food orders, restock break room supplies, and ensure all common areas are properly maintained.
