Creditors Rights Attorney

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of bankruptcy / creditor's rights experience or financial services litigation
• Strong understanding of real estate law, transactions, property valuation, and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and support within the bankruptcy group, focusing on real estate matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload of real estate-related issues within bankruptcy cases, including property valuation, leases, foreclosures, and property sales.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice on real estate aspects of bankruptcy proceedings.
• Collaborate with bankruptcy attorneys and other legal professionals to develop innovative solutions for complex real estate issues.
• Advise clients on real estate-related implications of bankruptcy proceedings and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
