Responsibilities

Consulting with Clients : Provide dedicated advice to company clients on the selection and implementation of employee benefits plans that align with their needs and objectives.

Relationship Management : Foster robust client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research : Stay informed about current benefit trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Plan Design and Implementation : Customize benefit plans to fit each clients unique requirements and coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure smooth policy initiation and management.

Continuous Improvement : Regularly review the benefit plans offered and recommend enhancements to better meet the evolving needs of clients.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to identify growth opportunities and provide an integrated service experience.

Education and Training : Educate clients and their employees on the details of benefit packages and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

Licensing : Must hold a valid Life and Health insurance license.

Experience : Previous experience in employee benefits brokerage or a related field is highly preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex insurance concepts to clients.

Client-Focused : Demonstrated ability to understand and exceed client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, managing time and priorities effectively to achieve personal and team goals.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build rapport and consensus both internally and externally.

Tech Proficiency : Competence with CRM software and basic office suite tools essential.
