We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our clients pipe yard operations. In this role, you'll prepare and coat metal parts, ensuring durable, high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. This is a full-time opportunity with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking).

Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and ovens.

Mix and select powder coating colors per client specifications.

Apply powder coatings with precision, ensuring proper thickness and coverage.

Inspect finished parts, perform touch-ups, and ensure high-quality standards.

Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area.

Troubleshoot equipment or process issues as they arise.

Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.

Pay based on experience.

Knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and techniques.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
