Join Our Team as an Inventory & S&OP Manager!

Are you an experienced professional with expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and inventory control within the cosmetics or personal care industry?

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our S&OP process and drive inventory management strategies at our dynamic organization in Chatsworth, CA.

Role Overview :

As the Inventory & S&OP Manager, you will take ownership of our day-to-day S&OP activities, reporting directly to the Sr.

Director of Supply Chain. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align customer demand with supply plans, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain a robust S&OP process, collaborating with commercial, finance, procurement, production, and suppliers Consolidate and analyze total demand, create materials for monthly meetings, and interface with key stakeholders Implement dashboards and KPIs for transparency across functional areas Manage project demand forecasting and monitor forecast accuracy Lead inventory control efforts to meet company targets and customer requirements Ensure compliance with safety rules, cGMPs, and SOPs

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar role

Previous related experience in cosmetics / personal care industry

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and forecasting methods Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP)

Experience in developing and maintaining S&OP processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., CPIM) are a plus
