About the Role :
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen the connection between Marketing and Sales and ensure our teams are aligned around a consistent go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will shape the messaging, tools, and training that equip our sales team to engage prospects effectively and win business. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Solution Consulting to design impactful content, lead enablement initiatives, and manage our SDR team. This is a highly visible role where you'll define how Gradient AI shows up in the market and set our sales team up for long-term success.

Salary Range : $140-170k base salary annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity grant, and a comprehensive benefits package. In accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we are providing a good-faith salary range for this position at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as well as their experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Compensation may grow over time through merit-based increases, promotions, and company-wide adjustments.
