JOB DESCRIPTION : The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, filing, and other administrative tasks within a rubber / metal manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Shift : Monday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
Pay : $18 to $23 depending on experience

Responsibilities :
- Posting customer payments in our systems
- Researching and resolving any payment issues
- Processing payment transactions
- Providing support in clearing A / R email inbox daily
- Maintaining and updating customer files
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Qualification :
- High school degree or higher
- Accounting experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team
