Job description

Client Services Coordinator Legacy Wealth Associates, LLC – Remote Legacy Wealth Associates is a growing financial services firm dedicated to helping families secure their futures.

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through ongoing relationship management.

This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to anticipate client needs.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Coordinate client onboarding, account updates, and service requests.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM to support internal collaboration.

Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings.

Track follow-ups and deadlines to ensure client commitments are met.

Qualifications Experience in client service, account management, or administrative coordination (financial services background preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools.
