Location : (a) Austin, Texas USA (b) Boise, Idaho USA (c) NY (d) San Jose (e) Mexico

Responsibilities :

• Ensure SEMICS’s product alignment with customer systems by collaborating directly with the customer's engineers and SEMICS sales, planning, and marketing teams
• Direct Customer support : Wafer Prober System Setup, Evaluation, Operation, Maintenance Training, Device setup Training, Troubleshooting Training
• Track and report program details, qualification plans. Be the focal point in addressing customer technical issues by driving resolution with the SEMICS team and communicating to the customer's representatives.
