Job descriptionPrior experience in the construction industry is required Skilled in AR / AP, payroll, financial reconciliations, and tax preparation (but not filing) Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with a commitment to building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across departments Ability to train 1-2 days a week in Madison, GA for the first few months Experience with accounting and construction software systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, but not required Problem solver, critical thinker, team player

Accounting Manager
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and support our growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring precision and leadership to a hands-on environment where excellence is the standard. If you excel in managing numbers, processes, and people—and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—we’d love to hear from you.
Accounting Manager Benefits & Compensation
