Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location : Mishawaka, IN 46545 (Indiana healthcare job)

Assignment Length : 13-week travel contract

Start Date : December 7, 2025

End Date : March 7, 2026

Healthcare Setting : Radiology (Diagnostic) Unit

Shift : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Shift Duration : 8-hour days

Hours per Week : 40

On-call Rotation : Required

Employment Type : Travel, On-Site

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1870 - $1920

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Active ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist / Radiology Technician)

BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Valid Indiana Radiology Technician license (or eligibility per state regulations)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting

Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Completion of all onboarding health and compliance requirements (drug screen, TB test, immunizations, background check)

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, MRI, Dexa, and Vascular studies as needed

Operate and maintain radiology equipment in accordance with safety and quality protocols

Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety

Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain detailed patient records

Participate in scheduled on-call rotation as required

Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
