• Wednesday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 5pm
• 16 - 25 patients per shift
• Outpatient setting only
• Fellowship preferred with skills in EEG, EMG, NCV, evoked potentials
• Radiologic exam interpretation and nerve / muscle biopsy experience
• Pain management procedures and botulinum toxin administration
• Sleep studies and disability evaluation capabilities
• Ongoing assignment length
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
