You will handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate and efficient information, and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve customer issues
