Position Summary

The Medicaid Risk Adjustment Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare and financial data from multiple sources to address business opportunities regarding population health management, health and economic outcomes, and other business needs.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Medicaid Risk Adjustment Analytics, the Sr. Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to support localized Medicaid market provider engagement and vendor programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 + years of data analytics experience.
  • 2+ years experience with strong analytical skills working with either SQL or SAS, and writing simple-complex SQL / SAS queries, Logic, and design in coding.
  • 1+ year experience working with Healthcare and Medicaid.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications with Word, Excel, Suite, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with a disposition to probe into technical details for accuracy and completeness
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
