A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of CX Representatives, conducting performance evaluations and monitoring adherence to policies and KPIs
Oversee daily Customer Experience operations, handle escalated customer issues, and analyze metrics for improvement
Ensure quality assurance of customer interactions and assist in developing training programs and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Florida or Texas
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Experience environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in resolving complex customer issues and strong technical aptitude
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
