Requirements VES is seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation amp Pension exams Separation Health Assessments across the country. Current Openings: VES locations- No own office Evansville- 2 days per week needed- Provider's home address must be within 50 mile radiusKnox- 2 days per week needed- Provider's home address must be within 50 mile radiusSouth Bend- 2 days per week needed- Provider's home address must be within 50 mile radius Provider’s own office locations- Provider must have their own officeSeymour IN- 2 days per week needed- 50 mile radius requiredKokomo- 2 days per week needed- 50 mile radius required Muncie- 2 days per week needed- 50 mile radius required PLEASE READ ATTACHED PRACTICE DESCIPTION TO UNDERSTAND THE ROLE FULLY Veterans Evaluation Services VES a Maximus company is a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans.Need is on a PRN basis ongoingOption to work ½ days4-hours and/or full days8-hoursOne-Time non-treatment CampP exams separation health assessmentsExams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing muscle strength testing.No prescribing no treatmentQuick credentialing amp onboarding Willing to accept these medicineinternal medicineorthopedic surgeryanyone with a background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension. RATE STRUCTURE FOR PRESENTATIONS: ***Hourly Overtime Holiday rates are NOT applicable with VES. All Gen Med providers must follow the rate structure below.Half-day Rate - 600 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTDaily Rate - 1200 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTBonus - one time bonus of 650 for completing all required training and performing first examsLocal candidates only travel included in ratesPlease note: Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis addendums medical opinions and reading diagnostics This will not be paid outside of the ½ day or full day rate. Client does not reimburse for DMA certifications or the portal training before starting.
