RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and roll out recruitment strategies that bring in awesome new team members who share our love for pets and fit perfectly into our pack!Create a smooth and fun onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success from day one!Help managers and employees grow with guidance, feedback, and support to ensure everyone's reaching their full potential.Be the go-to resource for employees, resolving issues, fostering good vibes, and keeping the workplace positive and inclusive.Manage our compensation and benefits programs to make sure they're competitive and in compliance with all regulations.Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure everything runs smoothly and within the law.Manage payroll, and ensure state and federal guidelines, laws and regulations are met.Plan and implement initiatives that keep our team engaged, recognized, and ready to stick around for the long haul!Keep HR records up to date, ensure compliance with all legal requirements, and handle all the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that keep our HR operations running like a well-oiled machine.REQUIREMENTS :
HR Expertise : You've got 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, and you're well-versed in best practices and legal requirements, BA in HR Management or comparable degree, PHR or SHRM certification.Passion for People : You genuinely care about supporting employees and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.Communication Superstar : Your communication skills are top-notch-you know how to connect with employees at all levels and make them feel heard.Problem-Solving Pro : You're great at analyzing situations and coming up with creative solutions to employee relations challenges.Organizational Whiz : You can juggle multiple priorities with ease and stay on top of everything with your strong time management skills.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
