Overview : Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team-oriented individuals to work in our fast-paced warehouse! Working as a DC Export, you will coordinate and execute the hands-on tasks required for international trade, including product assessment and receipt, quality control, shipment generation, and compliance checks. This is an entry-level position that will allow you to work closely with multiple internal departments, broadening your knowledge of Fastenal's product fulfillment capabilities. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 1225 Mid Valley Dr, Jessup, PA 18434. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities : The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Receiving, auditing, inspecting, scanning, packing & shipping product while maintaining traceability
• Operating computer programs & wireless hand held devices
• Executing multiple receiving, inspection, or shipping requests at different stages
• Completing required training within the training period
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
