At Publix, where shopping and working is a pleasure, your role will be instrumental in creating inviting spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include :

• Independently scheduling, coordinating, and providing oversight and guidance to ensure safe, timely, high-quality delivery and installation of all fixtures and equipment in multiple simultaneous retail construction projects including new stores, remodels, and special projects.
• Independently managing and coordinating multiple simultaneous paint and dcor projects in existing stores, ensuring projects are started and completed on schedule and executed according to plans and specifications.
• Inspecting and directing execution of dcor and signage installations in multiple new stores, remodels, and special projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Determining what cabinetry and millwork is required by plans and specifications and what additional cabinetry and fixtures may be needed for the most functional use of the retail space.

Maximum Base Pay : 1,815

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus : 68,640 - 94,380

Year End Bonus : To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
