This role is mainly responsible for :

Developing UX design strategy and practices, driving execution across digital products

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design practices are embedded in the product development lifecycle

Managing the UX vendors to ensure the product deliveries from them are on time / budget / quality

Key Responsibilities :

Define and own the UX strategy, practices and guidelines across products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs

Drive the implementation of UX practices for digital products, and facilitate continuous improvement and change management

Collaborate with product teams to ensure user-centered design practices are embedded in the product development lifecycle

Manage the UX vendors to ensure the product deliveries from them are on time / budget / quality

Coach and guide product teams on UX related activities to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints

Facilitate UX workshops, and collaborative sessions. Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes / prototypes, and final designs.

Define and track UX KPIs to measure impact and drive improvements

Advocate for user-centered design principles, champion design standards, Present design decisions to executives and cross-functional teams

Leverage AI and modern tools for efficiency and effectiveness

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools to continuously elevate design practices

Critical Capabilities :

Experience with design systems and scalable design practices.

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and usability best practices.

Experience conducting and leveraging user research and data analytics

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with product teams

Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels

Ability to navigate through complex global environments, work effectively in multicultural settings

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Relevant certifications (e.g. UX Design, Design Thinking) are assets

10+ years of UX / Product Design experience

Demonstrated success in delivering impactful user experiences

Experience working in agile product teams
