Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth Engineering, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers to define and create essential systems that facilitate user growth.
• Develop foundational platforms that drive growth at Coinbase, including incentives, notifications, and dynamic presentation systems.
• Enhance user experience throughout the Coinbase product, focusing on areas such as SEO, user onboarding, search, discovery, and referrals.
• Establish a cohesive engineering strategy that promotes quality and excellence across the organization.

Pay Transparency Notice : Salary ranges based on work location are as follows : $253,895 - $298,700 USD, which includes eligibility for bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
