Salary : $55,000-$65,000
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, and uphold compliance with payroll regulations-all while supporting a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple employee groups
- Review and audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll data in Workday and third-party systems
- Respond to payroll inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2s, 941s) and assist with audits
- Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance teams
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed
