Job descriptionAssociate's Degree or 10 years' relevant field experience and DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining / holding a U.S. security clearance Active Secret Clearance Ten years of documented experience in managing technical teams executing operations and maintenance on Navy C4I systems and / or acoustic intelligence gathering systems Ten years' experience managing personnel
Oconus Operations Manager
American Systems is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
Responsibilities
- Assist managing the staffing, qualifying, training, operations, and organizational and intermediate level maintenance execution of the O&M crews and SURTASS mission systems.
- Execute the contractor Operations, Maintenance, and Training IMS.
- Oversee the execution of organizational and intermediate level maintenance.
- Conduct periodic audits, inspections, and reviews of operations, maintenance, and associated reports.
- Generate reports for SURTASS mission systems status as directed by the Government.
