Assistant Sales Manager
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales operations of Hubbell Homes by assisting in the execution of sales strategies, managing day-to-day sales activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the homebuying process. This role works closely with the Sales Manager and New Home Sales Professionals to meet or exceed sales goals, monitor market trends, and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, Realtors, and internal partners. The Assistant Sales Manager also contributes to training and supporting sales staff, coordinating marketing efforts, and upholding Hubbell Homes' commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with Sales Manager in building, developing, and managing a sales team to achieve sales goals. Conducts regularly scheduled sales meetings with sales professionals, develops and implements new processes, communications, sales tools and trainings to ensure a successful sales program.
- Develops and maintains superior working relationships with corporate staff including warranty, construction, marketing, design and purchasing departments.
- Analyzes market comps, sales against company budget and financials, and sales team effectiveness to maximize sales.
- Assists with development of incentive programs to assist in the sales process.
- Works closely with sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance and performance improvement.
- Supports on-boarding and training of new sales professionals to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Prepares and monitors CRM activities and distributes reports as needed.
- Serves as a point of escalation for customer concerns working to response issues.
- Assists with contract negotiations, required documents, and assists the transaction coordinator as needed.
- Assists with oversight of all marketing materials, forms, options and other sales materials are current and available in Teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience in sales field preferred.3 plus years' minimum experience in new home sales, real estate, or related sales management support role.Valid real estate license required.Strong knowledge of residential construction, homebuilding processes, and real estate market trends.Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings to support community events and sales team operations.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Success Factors
