Responsibilities :
Reconcile statements and invoices, and issue payments to vendors.Process checks disbursements for accounts payable.Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.Ensure accounts payable transactions are accurately reconciled.Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.Research and resolve discrepancies and issues.Create and maintain vendor files.Correspond with vendors and respond to their inquiries.Assist with month-end closing tasks.Provide coverage for the receptionist desk as needed.Offer general office support as required.Undertake special projects as assigned.Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment; automotive dealership experience preferred but not requiredExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus!Preferred Skills :
Cash handling experience.Good understanding of basic mathematical concepts.Proficiency in data entry.Experience with MS Office.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professional appearance and a neat work area.The annual pay ranges from $41,600 to $62,400.
Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401(k) are available after the probationary period.
