Stand-Up Forklift Operators – 1st and 2nd Shift

Location : Elizabethtown, PA

Pay : $20–$22 / hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 1st and 2nd Shifts available

Allegiance Staffing has immediate openings for experienced Stand-Up, High Reach Forklift Drivers with a leading food production warehouse in Elizabethtown, PA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire roles offering competitive pay and consistent weekday hours.

What You’ll Do :

Safely operate stand-up high-reach forklifts and powered industrial trucks

Load and unload trailers and move products to storage, freezer, production, and loading areas

Build pallets up to 6 feet high with high picking accuracy

Pick raw materials and finished goods to support production and shipping

Stage Single Source orders for loadout

Strap, wrap, and secure pallets; properly dispose of waste materials

Support production team with warehouse needs and maintain a clean, safe environment

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of stand-up high-reach forklift experience

At least 1 year of warehouse, dock, or order-picking experience

Comfortable working in cold storage environments (sub-zero to 32°ree;F)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
