A company is looking for a Lead Researcher - Software.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end market and product research to inform strategic and tactical decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and execute research roadmaps
Deliver actionable insights that impact company and team goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mixed methods research, including market and product research
Experience blending qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Ability to develop learning plans that meet both short and long-term business objectives
Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
Passion for understanding customer behaviors and needs
