Healthcare Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Medicaid, Medicare, and payer / provider operations

Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations while facilitating collaboration among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or related fields

Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare program operations and healthcare data systems

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience with EHR / EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects

Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
