Meyer Distributing is looking for IT Tech Support employees to join our Indianapolis, IN team. We are hiring immediately!

Annual Salary for IT Tech Support :

Schedule :

Monday through Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Requirements for IT Tech support :

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, Zendesk, Jira).
• Professional and patient demeanor when dealing with non-technical users.
• Understanding of IT security practices and data privacy principles.
• Exposure to Active Directory and Office 365 administration a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
