Schedule : M-F, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Some early morning, evenings, weekends, will be required as-needed. All overtime must be supervisor approved.

Job description :
- Client Intake & Support : Manage application intake and processing, maintain accurate client records, and respond to inquiries within 48 business hours to provide program information and referrals.
- Program Coordination : Assist in the delivery and logistics of Home Preservation services including critical repairs, disaster preparedness, and educational classes; serve as liaison for presenters and clients.
- Administrative Support : Provide data entry, reporting, and general administrative assistance across departments to ensure smooth program operations.
- Community Engagement : Represent the organization at community events and support storytelling initiatives by engaging clients willing to share their experiences.
- Disaster Preparedness & Response : Coordinate proactive and reactive efforts related to organizational disaster readiness and response planning.
