Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Palace is looking for a Complex Group Reservations Coordinator to join their dynamic Reservations team! With over 1,800 rooms combined, these 2 properties offer incredible views of Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Resort.

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in Reservations or Front Office or hospitality in general and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern : AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 7 : 00AM and ending as late as 11 : 00PM, weekends and holidays availability required.

Pay Rate : $20.23 per hour

What will I be doing?

Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects. Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
