Qargo Coffee is searching for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store runs smoothly and delivers an unforgettable coffee experience for every customer.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe store environment
Contribute to inventory management and ensure product quality
Support in achieving sales goals and following company procedures
