FlexStaff is seeking a Senior Accountant for our client, a producer of tea, juice, and energy drinks based in New York.

Responsibilities :

• Reconcile bank accounts daily and monthly.
• Manage fixed assets.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and explain period-over-period fluctuations.
• Assist in preparing combined financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Stockholders' Equity, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Prepare journal entries.
• Support the month-end close process.
• Assist with special projects.
