Job Purpose

The North America Engineering Services team supports product configuration and engineering requirements across CNH's Agriculture and Construction Equipment businesses. By collaborating with global teams and working on cross-platform initiatives, the group ensures that engineering processes and configuration practices are aligned to deliver high-quality, customer-focused results.

As an Engineering Services Intern, you will work closely with the Product Configuration team, shadowing daily activities, supporting AG and CE business needs, and gaining exposure to both local and global engineering requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and develop skills in engineering documentation, process mapping, and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include :

• Supporting the Product Configuration team with day-to-day engineering service activities
• Participating in global calls and collaborating with local coordinators to understand global requirements and activities
• Executing a mapping activity of local practices related to product configuration across Agriculture and Construction segments
• Planning, conducting, and documenting engineering services activities in a structured format for sharing with global teams
• Updating and maintaining the local OneNote training and guideline resource for process consistency
• Organizing and compiling a KPI matrix to support the Engineering Services organization

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors or a related field : Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science
