Manager Of Managed Care

The Manager of Managed Care is responsible for overall operational effectiveness of the HB variance team. Oversees all HR responsibilities for the team. Leads all hospital JOCs for any and all issues, concerns across the system with the payors. Seeks resolution for any and all issues with the payors. Maintains and develops EPIC contract loads to maintain integrity with our negotiations and seek to find all HB variances for all payors.

Key Accountabilities :

• Leads all hospital JOC; central point of contact for Norton Healthcare with all payor issues.
• Oversees all staff in HB variances / tracking and trending to find any and all variances for all HB contracts.
• Actively participates / advises in negotiations and / or discussions for all hospital negotiations.
• Responsible for overall integrity and effectiveness of HB contract loads and audits within EPIC.

This position has the opportunity to be a hybrid position. You will be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility and must be able to come in for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.
