Essential Job Functions
Oversee Front of house departments and daily restaurant operationsUphold company standards of customer service, health and safety regulations, and company policies and proceduresCultivate customer relations, answer questions, address complaints, and ensure prompt service and satisfaction.Oversee the balancing of cash drawers, record income, and expendituresMonitor restaurant supply, food, and beverage inventories, and communicate inventory status to purchasersLead daily pre-shifts meetings, encourage employee feedback, and incentivize service salesFoster a communicative and open work environmentEnsure an organized, smooth and efficient service for guests and staff by being present and proactive on the floorCoach staff to converse about menu offerings, product sourcing, and culinary preparation techniquesOversee proper management of VIP reservations with the Hauser & Wirth Art GalleryDelegate work duties, maintain schedules and employee timecards, and maximize covers“Fill in the gaps” when it comes to serviceMaintain a clean and safe work environment, which includes the restaurant, loading dock, and all other work premisesCommunicate daily service notes, employee performance, operational or customer service concerns with other managersAdditional Responsibilities

Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and develop staff members.Exceptional organizational management skills.Skills and knowledge in : Excel, Micros, and OutlookFood Handler and TIPS / Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificationCompensation :
