Job Description

The part time Office Coordinator supports the Office Manager with weekly duties as assigned, helping to keep up with the office administration and day-to-day tasks.

This position will perform a variety of clerical functions and office support activities for Rally House to facilitate the efficient operations of the multi-site offices.

Responsibilities

  • Travel Scheduling, booking, invoicing
  • New hire, anniversary, and birthday gift coordination and support
  • Office supply stocking
  • Invoicing, billing, coding
  • Day to day office support as assigned
  • Assists with event planning, preparation, execution
  • Hot Market support
  • Drives from office to office, post office, and additional errands as needed

Skills and Knowledge

Detail oriented, Effective communication and interpersonal skills., Establish Relations, Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent; Available 5 - 25 hours per week within 8am 5pm business hours; Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements : Work is performed in a office and retail store environments and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls;

reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up tp 25lbs, and to walk short distances.

$20.00 - $25.00Hourly
