Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the paper industry, is seeking  Assistant Machine Operators to join their team. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Assistant Machine Operator

Location : Appleton, WI

Pay Range : Starting from $18 to $20 an hour

Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist the Operator in meeting production timelines by preparing and staging product for manufacturing.
• Wrap finished products and stage them in designated areas for shipment or storage.
• Understand and complete helper checklists accurately to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete required paperwork efficiently and accurately for production records.
• May assist the Operators with machine set-up
