Auditing Clerk (On-site)

HEPCO is seeking an Accounting Clerk support to help stabilize operations during a critical staffing shortage. This role plays a key part in reducing backlog, strengthening financial accuracy, and ensuring schools receive timely reimbursements.

• Track and review fiscal program applications, claims, and supporting documentation submitted by schools, ensuring all materials are complete and accurate based on established guidelines
• Provide informed recommendations to office leadership regarding approval or disapproval of reimbursement applications and claims
• Assist with preparing documentation for contracts, contract amendments, and internal financial processes
• Support day-to-day office functions that maintain smooth financial operations and compliance
