Schedule : Monday – Wednesday (24 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as needed)
Start Time : Flexible – between 8 : 00 a.m. and 9 : 00 a.m.
Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Data Entry Clerk to support our HR and operations teams in South San Francisco. This is a part-time, short-term contract role ideal for an organized professional who can accurately input, update, and maintain records while communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking employees and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, review, and update employee and operational data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Gather necessary information by interacting with HR personnel, supervisors, and team leads.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to submission or upload.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company and HR standards.
- Assist with generating reports and performing data audits as needed.
- Support HR and management with administrative documentation or project-based data tasks.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees and supervisors to collect or clarify information.
Qualifications
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English / Spanish required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent data entry tools.Dependable, professional, and comfortable in a business casual office environment.
