Lead Accounting Operations

Salary is 150k to 170k + bonus 100% remote

Oversee global accounting functions, including financial close, reporting, intercompany consolidation, and technical accounting under US GAAP (ASC 606, 350, 718).

Handle treasury functions, tax compliance (in coordination with external firms), and support strategic business initiatives across departments.

Identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement scalable internal controls in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Partner with FP&A, Engineering, and Marketing to align on budgeting, forecasting, and resolving finance-related issues.

Offer 5+ years of experience, team leadership, advanced Excel and ERP skills (NetSuite / Sage); CPA and public accounting experience are strongly preferred.
