Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with retail pharmacy leaders and other influential industry verticals. This role requires a consultative sales approach, deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, and the ability to craft tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD) preferred. 57 years of enterprise-level sales or consulting experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy, or related fields. Proven track record in SaaS or value-based solution sales, ideally with innovative or early-adoption products. Consultative and insight-driven selling style, able to challenge industry norms and offer innovative solutions. Strong business acumen with the ability to demonstrate how technology optimizes pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows. Creative problem-solving skills; able to adapt messaging for diverse audiences. High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Collaborative and team-oriented, committed to organizational success. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Environment
Field-based, home office environment. Requires 50%+ travel for client engagement. Strong executive presence and readiness for high-level strategic discussions required.
