We are currently seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join our team and support our growing portfolio of global compliance initiatives.

Summary :

As a Regulatory Analyst, you will play a vital role on the Global Compliance team, ensuring that all Chemical Guys products meet international and domestic regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Senior Regulatory Manager, your responsibilities will include authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDS), managing labeling requirements, supporting customer compliance platforms (e.g., WERCS), and contributing to new product development efforts with regulatory guidance. This position is based in our Torrance, CA headquarters; however, remote candidates with strong qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate product formulations to determine regulatory classifications, packaging requirements, and label content for U.S. markets.
• Collaborate with Product Development on new product launches and reformulations to ensure compliance is integrated early in development.
• Prepare and maintain registrations with retail compliance platforms such as WERCS.
• Maintain an internal formula database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of formula data.
• Author SDSs in coordination with cross-functional departments including Legal, QA, Procurement, and Marketing.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories for product dossiers, certifications, and compliance materials to ensure accessibility and regulatory readiness.
