Job Title : Registered Nurse

Guaranteed Hours : The facility may call off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without payment for the canceled hours.

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : Must have an active Illinois license

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

• Assessment skills / experience with Patient Health Questionnaire / History / Allergies
• Experience administering immunizations
• Experience with follow-up phone calls
