Lead Techno-Functional Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead SaaS Techno-Functional Analyst (SCM).

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products, services, and processes

Act as a proactive technical support and business solution implementation manager to ensure customer satisfaction

Create and contribute to automated technology for diagnosing and resolving customer issues

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience with SCM solutions and 3+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations / support

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Professional / technical experience with an understanding of applications at both functional and technical levels

Experience in complex, open systems implementation environments
